Refund policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Returns

The Split End Rescue 7-Day Challenge is a digital programme sold through our Shopify store. There is no physical product to return. All content — including modules, worksheets, recipe cards, tracking sheets, and any bonus materials — is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. As such, traditional return of a product is not applicable. Instead, this policy covers your rights to a refund.


2. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

As a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and/or the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order (the "Cooling-Off Period") and receive a full refund, subject to the following exception:

If you have accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the digital programme content within the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to cancel may be lost. By completing your purchase and accessing the programme, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be affected once content has been accessed.


3. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand fully behind the effectiveness of our programme. If you have genuinely followed the 7-day protocol in full and are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day satisfaction review from the date of purchase.

To be eligible you must:

  • Have completed all 7 days of the programme as instructed
  • Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date
  • Provide a brief description of the steps you followed and the results you experienced

Approved refund requests will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You have accessed the majority of the programme content and are outside the 14-day statutory cooling-off period
  • You did not complete the 7-day programme before requesting a refund
  • Your request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Your access was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service
  • You have previously received a refund for this programme

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number (found in your Shopify confirmation email), the email address used at checkout, and a brief note on your experience with the programme. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.


6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your access being suspended and the matter being contested.


7. Changes to This Policy

Shoperrest Hair Academy reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Shopify store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
