- You acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be affected once digital content has been accessed, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy

5. Access to Content
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased programme. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You must not:
- Share your login credentials or access link with any other person
- Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any programme content in any format
- Use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Upload, copy, or share any part of the programme on any third-party platform
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within our programmes — including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, recipe cards, tracking sheets, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Shoperrest Hair Academy and is protected by copyright law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over our content. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Community Standards
Where access to a private community group is included as part of your programme, your participation is subject to the following standards. You must not post or share content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing. You must not spam, advertise unrelated products, or attempt to solicit other members. You must not share any programme content outside of the community.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates these standards, with or without notice. Removal from the community due to a conduct breach does not entitle you to a refund.

Our store operates on Shopify. We are not responsible for Shopify's platform terms, privacy practices, or any interruption to their service. Your use of the Shopify platform is also subject to Shopify's own terms and conditions.
